Olivia reminds me of my youngest daughter. She is six and there are days when she wears me out, so I understand when Olivia's mother tells her that she wears her out but she loves her anyway. I think that the illustrations in this book are just amazing. I love the simplicity of Olivia and her family. I think it is wonderful the way that the real paintings were placed in the book as well. That is very clever.This book has become a family favorite. Olivia's wonderful sense of self and self esteem is contagious.
